THE SKINNY

These 15 minutes sessions are meant for anyone who needs (or wants!) a few updated photos. Maybe you want to snap a few pics for a pregnancy announcement, have grown out of that sorority composite photo as your headshot, or don’t want to forget the little details of this season with your kids. Maybe you just need a cute photo for your Hinge profile! Slay. Whatever the reason, my hope is that you’d come out of this session with photos that look effortless, fun, and so very you.

THE SPOT

Your session will take place at The Lumen Room: Lifestyle - a natural light studio in Fort Worth, TX. The vibes are clean and neutral, but warm and have a lifestyle element to them. We’ll take photos on a few different backdrops, as well as a few on whatever pieces of furniture you are drawn to and fit your vibe (they have a leather or green velvet couch, cute black chair etc.)

THE FIT

Fit checkkkkk! The best advice I can give you is to wear something you love, makes you feel confident, and you won’t be fidgeting with or thinking about (ex: Is my bra showing? Is the dress too short? Do I look weird?). Things to avoid: crazy patterns, something that will go out of style next month, anything that would make someone pay more attention to your outfit than YOU!

BONUS! If your party is two or less people, you’ve got time for ~two looks~ if you dare. Think of a piece you could add or switch that could easily and quickly change the look. A few ideas: throw on a blazer, change your earrings, a different top but keep the bottoms, add a headband, bring a prop…. you get the idea. Again, make sure it’s an easy switch up and let’s stick to no more than two looks.
